Phillips sells Anchorage office complex

ANCHORAGE (AP) -- Phillips Petroleum Inc. has sold its downtown Anchorage headquarters to Dallas-based real estate firm The Staubach Co., Staubach Financial president Brant Bryan said.

Phillips sold the 610,406-square-foot office complex in the city's downtown to Staubach for $104.6 million, he said.

Phillips signed a 20-year lease with Staubach late last year, with an option for another 30 years, said Phillips spokeswoman Dawn Patience.
