Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, Tuesday and Thursday are frozen yogurt and Friday is a surprise.

Today: Chicken and dumplings, peas, carrots

Wednesday: Coney island hot dogs, french fries, toppings

Thursday: Beef short ribs, stuffed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower

Friday: Stuffed bell peppers, assorted vegetables

Saturday: Pork roast with rosemary, au gratin potatoes, asparagus

Sunday: Cornish game hens, long grain rice, carrots

Monday: Meatloaf, potatoes and gravy, peas, creamed corn


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Pot roast, oven-browned potatoes, carrots, raspberry Jell-O, peach cobbler

Wednesday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, zucchini with tomatoes, banana cream pie

Thursday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, oranges with cottage cheese, salad

Friday: Corn chowder, seafood pasta salad, melon, muffin, cherry cobbler

Monday: Veal cutlets with gravy, bread dressing, broccoli, peach halves, tapioca pudding


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served at noon. Lunches include salad bar, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Potato soup, turkey sandwiches, mixed vegetables

Wednesday: Seasoned chicken, baked potatoes, corn

Thursday: Meatloaf, potatoes and gravy, green beans

Friday: Turkey soup, dumplings, broccoli

Monday: French dip sandwiches, curly fries, mixed vegetables


Today: Taco Tuesday

Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken, vegetables, pears, rolls

Thursday: Beef pot roast, carrots, potatoes, green beans, rolls, peaches

Friday: Fish cakes, oven fries, creamed peas, corn bread, oranges

Monday: Ham and broccoli bake, sweet potatoes, pineapple, rolls


All meals served with coffee and milk

Today: Lemon baked fish, red potatoes, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, peaches

Wednesday: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, green beans, brownie

Thursday: Mostiacioli and meatballs, Italian vegetables, garlic bread, Jell-O cubes

Friday: Chicken pot pie, tossed salad, bread, fruit salad

Monday: Mongolian beef, rice, broccoli, bread, coconut cake


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Chicken noodle casserole, spinach, brownie

Wednesday: Beef and cheese enchiladas, refried beans, sherbet

Thursday: French dip on a hoagie bun, oven fries, peas, apple crisp

Friday: Center closed

Monday: Teriyaki moose, steamed potatoes, brussels sprouts, assorted pies


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, waffles with toppings, served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, corn

Thursday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans

Friday: Choice of breakfast from 9 to 11 a.m. or lunch

Monday: Liver and onions, herb pasta, carrots
