Poetry workshop starts today

Poet Judith Minty will conduct a workshop in Homer today through Sunday. "Meeting the Muse: Reading and Writing Poetry" will be held today, Saturday and Sunday at 7 p.m. at the Bunnell Street Gallery. A public reading will be Friday at 7 p.m., also at the gallery. Native art show planned at visitors center

The second annual "Across the Kenai -- Alaska Native Arts Show" will be on exhibit at the Kenai Visitors and Cultural Center in Kenai from March 16 to April 14. Entry forms for Native artists wanting to participate are available at the center. Deadline for entries is Tuesday. For more information, call Ricky Gease at 283-1991.

Native artworks sought
