Mrs. Worsfold is coordinating the memory book. The task of gathering pictures for this publication is a huge undertaking that requires many hours of work by dedicated parents and staff members. Parents are asked to submit their photos and special messages to the school by Friday.
The finalists for the Masonic award are Paris Cooper, Emily Culhane, Shelby Dykstra, Joseph Malatesta, Ryan McMaster, Casee Penrod and Brendan Webb. The staff would like to congratulate these outstanding young people. The schools winner will be announced next week.
Qualifiers for the district forensics competition that will be held Saturday at Kenai Central High School are as follows: Ryan McMaster and Kris Klunder, multiple poetry; Paris Cooper and Terrence Hinz, multiple prose; Kaile Duncan, Casee Penrod and Angie, tri-interpretive reading; and Ben Ransom, nonhumorous poetry.
The annual student-faculty basketball game is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. March 19. Parents are invited to attend.
Parents are reminded that school will be dismissed at 2:10 p.m. March 19 due to the final day of the third quarter.
