My Best Friend : Pet photos
Beth Martin of Kenai said her son Matt couldn't believe how much Duke had grown between the time he left in August and came back for Christmas last year. The yellow Labrador retriever-husky mix is just a year old, but obviously a "hand-full." The Martins' dachshund Scooter is standing left of Matt. Beth said Scooter seems to think he's as big as Duke.
Pet photos either can be color or black and white and should be no smaller than 3-by-5 inches. They may include people. Limit one photo per household. They can be dropped off at the Kenai or Soldotna offices or mailed to the Clarion at P.O. Box 3009, Kenai, 99611.
A brief explanation of the photo, the pet's and owner's names, owner's address and phone number must be included. E-mailed photos will not be accepted.
Only photos with an address written on the back will be returned.
