Saturday: Sirloin of beef, rice, broccoli, rolls

Sunday: Pork ribs and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, rye bread

Monday: Salisbury steak, potatoes with gravy, vegetable medley, rolls


Today: Baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, banana split cake

Wednesday: Catfish, shrimp, rice pilaf, butternut squash, apple pie

Thursday: Pepper steak with rice, green beans, fruit cup

Friday: Corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes and carrots, bread pudding

Monday: Beef stew, carrot salad, corn bread, chocolate pudding
