Family dog class offered

The Kenai Kennel Club will offer a basic obedience class for the family dog to teach them to sit, stay, come when called and walk on a leash without dragging their owner down the street. In addition to the basics, students may teach their dog tricks and learn about other activities they can take part in with their pet. Classes will be at 6 p.m. Fridays starting March 18. Soldotna Elks table tennis results

Ray DeBardelaben and Michel Elelrs won the Soldotna Elks Lodge's doubles table tennis tournament Wednesday. Steve Anderson and Bob Sizemore placed second, and Joe Szczesny and Matt Farris placed third.

Soldotna Elks hold table tennis tournaments every Wednesday night beginning at 6:30 p.m. For more information, call Ray at 262-7415.
