JA works because of businesses

Junior Achievement would like to acknowledge and show our gratitude to our generous contributors, community volunteers and teachers for opening their classrooms. We were able to educate approximately 600 students about business and economics to help improve the quality of their lives.

The uniqueness of Junior Achievement is that is 100 percent supported by our business community, and classes are taught not by the teacher, but by concerned community volunteers looking out for the future of Kenai Peninsula students.

Thank you to our financial supporters — KeyBank, Marathon Oil, Peninsula Winter Games, Tesoro, Harbor Enterprises Inc., Alaska USA FCU and Freedom Realty.
