Earthquake felt in Homer

PALMER (AP) -- An earthquake shook Homer residents Friday afternoon, according to the Alaska Tsunami Warning Center.

The quake at 1:18 p.m. had a magnitude of 4.2, according to the center. It was centered 45 miles northwest of Homer, or 130 miles southwest of Anchorage.
