She Can Ski a great event

The Tsalteshi Trails Association would like to thank all the participants of the Sixth Annual She Can Ski event. This year's race started with beautiful weather, festive participants, and perfect trail conditions and ended with smiles, a good work out, and some great prizes. We would like to thank all of you who took the time on a busy day to ski and to those creative folks who came up with some great costumes. Proceeds of this race will benefit Tsalteshi Trails and LeeShore, providing services for victims of domestic violence in our community. We would like to thank the following businesses for their support: Brad Carver at Beemuns, who is always willing to support the ski community, Katie Bowers of MaryKay cosmetics, who called without even being asked and provided some lovely gifts, Safeway for their continued support, Liz at North Country Fair, and Sweeny's. We thank you for your generosity. We also thank Bill Holt and his team of groomers for the great trail conditions.

We look forward to seeing returning and new skiers at the Seventh Annual She Can Ski next year.
