All meals served with salad bar, milk and bread or roll.

Today: Chicken cacciatore, bow tie pasta, Italian vegetables

Wednesday: Lives and onions, Spanish rice, broccoli Normandy

Thursday: Meatloaf, baked potato, corn and peppers

Friday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, scalloped tomatoes, peas

Saturday: Pork roast, red potatoes and gravy, spinach, applesauce

Sunday: Baked chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, beets

Monday: Burrito bar, refried beans, green chilies, flour tortilla


All meals include milk, coffee, soup, salad bar, bread, dessert.

Today: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, broccoli, corn bread

Wednesday: Baked fish, oven-browned potatoes, green beans

Thursday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes

Friday: BLT, cream of tomato soup, spinach salad

Monday: Grilled cheese or tuna sandwich, macaroni salad


Today: Baked salmon, au grating potatoes, broccoli Normandy

Wednesday: Fried chicken, potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables

Thursday: Pork roast, diced potatoes, gravy, carrots

Monday: Enchiladas, Spanish rice, Mexi corn

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Croissant sandwich, roasted vegetable and barley soup, orange sherbet

Thursday: Spaghetti with meat sauce and reindeer sausage, Italian vegetables, garlic bread, layered Jell-O

Friday: Barbecued chicken, potato salad, ranch corn, peach cobbler

Monday: Egg and sausage strata, omelet casserole, O'Brien potatoes, fruit cup
