Police looking for help in attack

On March 10, the Seward Police Department responded to a report of a felony assault near the Seward Post Office.

Investigation showed three male subjects in a late 1990s Chevrolet extended cab truck, accosted an African-American male subject, began making derogatory statements and then attacked the victim. One of the assailants used a knife to slash the victim's face, before all three suspects fled the area in the truck.
