KENAI (AP) -- A Nikiski man has been indicted on a charge of first-degree murder for a shooting last week that left one man dead and injured three others.
Zebulon Nudson, 22, allegedly opened fire on a group of five men at his home March 12.
Justin Allen Meireis, 19, died of his injuries. Robbie Huntley Meireis, 21, Gary Waddington, 15, and Rick Sanchez, 32, were injured in the shooting.
Troopers say several of the men had apparently been involved in a fight with Nudson the previous night and confronted Nudson at his home the next day.
In the indictment handed down Friday by a Kenai grand jury, Nudson was also charged with four counts of first-degree attempted murder and four counts of assault.
An arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday in Kenai Superior Court.
