WRCC to hold board meeting

The Women's Resource and Crisis Center will hold its board of directors meeting at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at 325 S. Spruce St. in Kenai. The public is invited to attend. For more information, call 283-9479.

Quilting guild plans open sew

Davis to speak at Kenai library

Donald Davis, a nationally recognized storyteller, will give a presentation at 6 p.m. Monday at Kenai Community Library. This event is sponsored by The Friends of the Library.

Boy Scouts to hold food drive

Boys Scout troops in the Tustumena District will hold their annual Scouting for Food drive April 1 to 17.

Help available for home day-care providers

The Child Care Food Program is offering help to day-care home providers in the central peninsula area for reimbursements for part of the cost of food served.

Preschool to hold fund-raiser

The Soldotna Cooperative Preschool will hold a spaghetti feed fund-raiser from 4 to 7 p.m. April 17 at Christ Lutheran Church.
