FAIRBANKS (AP) -- An earthquake occurred very early Monday near Delta Junction.
The quake had a preliminary magnitude of 4.5, and was situated 38 miles south of Delta Junction. It occurred at 12:22 a.m., according to the Alaska Earthquake Information Center.
The quake was felt at pump stations nine and 10 of the trans-Alaska pipeline. There were no reports of damage.
