Mild earthquake felt in Fairbanks

FAIRBANKS (AP) -- An earthquake shook the Fairbanks area Sunday morning.

The earthquake occurred at 2:34 a.m. and had a preliminary magnitude of 4.5, according to the Alaska Earthquake Information Center.

The quake was felt in Fairbanks, Ester and North Pole.

There were no reports of damage or injuries.
