Stephanie Rickabaugh and Andrew DeVolder

Stephanie Rickabaugh and Andrew DeVolder of Kasilof plan to be married Saturday, Aug. 7, 2004, in an afternoon ceremony on the bluff in Kenai with a reception to follow at the Kenai Senior Citizens Center.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kathleen and Glenn Rickabaugh of Osseo, Mich. She got a bachelor's degree in wildlife and fisheries science from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C., in 1994 and works for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

The future groom is the son of Betty and David DeVolder of Webster, N.Y. He got a master's degree in quartenery studies from Northern Arizona University in 1999 and also works for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

The couple plans to honeymoon on Orcas Island, Wash., and have taken transfers to Sacramento, Calif.
