Dividend application deadline Monday

The deadline to apply for Alaska Permanent Fund dividends is Monday.
Though it is a state holiday, the dividend offices will be open to accept applications Monday.
Hand-delivered applications must be submitted to a dividend division office by 5 p.m. Monday. Applications sent by mail must be postmarked by midnight Mon-day, and those filed by e-mail also must be sent by midnight.
