The Skyview Basketball Booster Club would like to thank the community and businesses for helping Skyview High School put on the Region 3/4A Basketball Tournament on March 14-16.

We greatly appreciate the following local businesses and individuals who made the tournament possible through generous donations: Era Aviation; Safeway Wells Fargo Bank; Seekins Ford; Dale Dolifka; Soldotna Professional Pharmacy; Spenard Builders Supply; Fred Meyer; Peninsula Center Mall; the Elks Club; Hawaiian Vacations for its donation of two round-trip tickets to Hawaii; Marytime Fishing Charters out of Ninilchik; Glacier Pontiac GMC who gave a lucky hoopster a chance to win a lease on a new car; Pepsi-Cola, Coca-Cola, Godfather's Pizza, Jersey Subs, Kasilof Mercantile, Papa Murphy's Pizza and Kaladi Brothers for providing wonderful food and drinks for the Hospitality Room and concession stand; Blockbuster for the donation of free movie coupons for the visiting teams; Three Bears for paper products; and Stub's Office Supply for laminating materials.

We'd also like to express our gratitude to Dale Dolifka and the SoHi PTSA for providing dinner in the Hospitality Room on Friday night for the referees and coaches. Thank you to KSRM for broadcasting the games and to the Clarion for the excellent newspaper coverage of the tournament.

And last, but especially not least, we would like to thank the many volunteers who unselfishly gave of their time and resources to guarantee a well-coordinated and successful tournament for the players and fans.
