Helen F. (Raats) Lilley

Helen F. (Raats) Lilley died Feb. 18, 2000. She was 82.
She married Don Raats in 1962 in Fairbanks and moved to Anchorage in 1963, where she worked at Chugach Electric. She later resided in Kenai in the late 60s and 70s where she was employed at city hall. In the mid-70s, she returned to Bremerton, Wash., to be near her parents and daughters. She worked at the Bangor Submarine Base where she retired from civil service at Keyport, Wash., in 1993.
Mrs. Lilley is survived by her daughters Diana (Lilley) Boche, of Bremerton, and Sharon (Lilley) Pitts, of Redondo, Wash.; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
