Friday: Baked potato bar with all the fixings, rolls, salad bar, soft ice cream or sundaes

Monday: Beef stroganoff a la pasta, vegetable medley, rolls, salad bar, soft ice cream or sundaes


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Salisbury steak, hash browns, mixed vegetables, pear salad, peach crisp

Wednesday: Biscuits and gravy, hash browns, sausage and bacon, eggs, mixed fruit, tomato juice

Thursday: Chicken enchiladas, refried beans, Spanish rice, fruit cup, sopapillas

Friday: Pizza, three-bean salad, cottage cheese with peaches, juice, cookies

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.
