Donations appreciated

Thanks to the generous Soldotna Middle School PTSA, SMS parents and community members for the terrific bake sale after the SMS band and choir concert on March 5. The $3,300 will go to help with medical expenses for Leah Stephens as she recuperates from her accident.
She is the daughter of SMS teacher Charlie Stephens and Kenai Peninsula Borough School District teacher Julie Stephens. Donations are still being accepted at the SMS office.
