Clarion collecting duct tape tales

In the great outdoors, duct tape can be indispensable. From quick repairs that make camp life more comfortable to fixes that pull an outdoorsperson through a life-threatening situation, duct tape has unlimited applications — something Alaskans have known since long before the Department of Homeland Security suggested the sticky silver stuff be part of everyone's emergency kit.

The Peninsula Clarion is collecting the Kenai Peninsula's best, most interesting and unique outdoors duct tape anecdotes. If you have a tale to share, contact Clarion reporter Will Morrow by phone at (907) 283-7551 ext. 239, or by e-mail at will.morrow@peninsulaclarion.com.
