The Crafty Ladies of the Sterling Senior Center, from left, sitting, Luella Barker and Mary Scaggs, and standing, Charlotte Sponsel, Glenda Graham and Menerva Shipman, along with Cindy Sherlock and Rickie Bowen, not pictured, created the "pink ribbon" quilt behind them.

The quilt was created in honor of Donna Estes, a senior center member and cancer survivor who was one of the biggest fund-raisers for the center's Relay for Life team.

The quilt will be raffled off, with proceeds going to the American Cancer Society at the Relay for Life event in June. Tickets for the raffle are $2 each, or six for $10. They are available at the Sterling Senior Center or by calling 262-6808.
