‘Small town justice’

Posted: Thursday, April 12, 2007

How can it be that a jury in Anchorage could find a man guilty of murder after 11 years with no eye witnesses, no physical evidence and no murder weapon, while in Kenai a man is tried on murder charges with eight eyewitnesses, a murder weapon and physical evidence out the whazoo gets a slap on the wrist of manslaughter.

I’m talking about John Carlin in Anchorage and Shawn Rogers in Kenai.

Small town justice; you got to love it.
