Kenai resident Raymond Johnny Garcia II died Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at Central Peninsula General Hospital, in Soldotna. He was 57.
No services are planned.
Mr. Garcia was born Dec. 20, 1953, to Raymond and Jane Garcia, in Sacramento, Calif. He served in Vietnam, He worked at The Big Dipper Car wash and home health care.
His family wrote: "Raymond was loved by everybody. Our family appreciated all the things Raymond did for Judy Everson, his partner; and Frank Getty, his best friend. Raymond always had a smile on his face. He would always be there for you when you needed him. For years he enjoyed working at the Big Dipper Car Wash. Raymond was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed. We love you very much!"
Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his partner, Judy Everson.
He is survived by his parents; grandaughter Crystal Everson; son Raymond Johnny Garcia III; Angela Garcia; brothers Anothony Garcia and Ruben Garcia; sister Jo Ann Garcia; niece Pricilla Bunney; and great-grandaughter Aubree Reamer.
