Cook Inlet Academy

Orders for 2003-04 yearbooks are being taken at the office. The price is $18 until Friday, then it increases to $23.

"Here's My Song," a spring benefit concert, will be held April 24 at the Renee C. Henderson Auditorium at KCHS. The concert features "A Reunion of Musicians" including Krissy Painter Alsworth, Melodie Pack Symington, John Averill, John Thornton, Trapper Alsworth and Curtis Bates. Tickets at the door are $10 for adults and $6 for school-age children. All proceeds will go to Cook Inlet Academy.

The National Honor Society Students of the Week are Aubrey Lamb, new student to CIA; and Trapper Alsworth, for leadership in the choir.

CIA Students of the Week are Gracie Carroll, for being a good friend; Richele McGahan, for excellence in swimming; Zack Taplin, for helpfulness without being asked; Lacey Cashman, for diligence in completing homework while on vacation; Albert White, for improvement in behavior and grades; Stephen Barlow, for excellent effort in academic work and awesome creativity; Dani Rehm, for an extraordinary comeback after being sick; and Reed McConnell, for improvement in attitude and behavior.

Preschool and kindergarten visitation day is April 22.
