Small quake strikes near Talkeetna

ANCHORAGE (AP) A small earthquake occurred near Talkeetna Thursday morning.

The Alaska Tsunami Warning Center in Palmer gave the 11:31 a.m. quake a 3.8 magnitude. The earthquake was centered 30 miles southwest of Talkeetna and was 33 miles deep.

The earthquake was felt in Palmer. But there were no reports of injury or damage.
