Area churches plan Good Friday, Easter services this weekend

The following is a list of Good Friday and Easter services submitted to the Clarion by central Kenai Peninsula churches:

Abundant Life Assembly

Easter: 11 a.m.

Apostolic Assembly of Christ

Easter: 7 a.m. Communion service. Children's Sunday school activities at 10:30 a.m. and evening service at 5:30 p.m.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help

222 West Redoubt Ave., Soldotna, 262-4749.

Good Friday: Walk around stations at noon at O'Neill Hall. Labyrinth Prayer Path open from 3 to 5 p.m. in the old church at 222 West Redoubt Place come in the back door. Friday service at 7 p.m.

Easter: Easter vigil at 9:30 p.m. Saturday. Easter Sunday services at 9 and 11:30 a.m. The 9 a.m. Mass will be followed by children's Easter activities. There will be breakfast after both services.

Peninsula Grace Brethren
