Becky Hutchinson, Alaska USA regional vice president, welcomes new branch manager Kristine Holdridge to their Soldotna location.
Alaska USA Federal Credit Union has been doing so well that they are planning an addition to their Soldotna location, according to Becky Hutchinson, Regional Vice President for the Kenai Peninsula. "We will be adding some 2,800 square feet to our Soldotna branch, and it will be our new financial services center. Our growth has been great in Soldotna, and we see a great deal of potential in the area," said Hutchinson.
Not only is the Soldotna branch in for a new addition, but it recently welcomed Kristine Holdridge as its new branch manager. "I'm very excited about my new position. Alaska USA is great company to work for. They are very dedicated to their employees as well as their members and it's very exciting to see the dedication to increased growth here on the Kenai Peninsula," said Holdridge. Kristine has been an active member of the Kenai community for many years and is well known for her volunteer work with the Kenai Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce, "I'll continue to enjoy and have loyalties to the people of Kenai and will be participating as much as possible in both areas, because we really are one community with two names, they're the same people, and working with people we serve is what I enjoy most about my job," said Holdridge.
While the biggest change in banking may be the technology, both Hutchinson and Holdridge agree that the greatest pleasure of their jobs comes from serving the individual people that come in every day.
