If at first you don't succeed quit! Looks like Ron Rainy and Pat Cowan don't adhere to that particular philosophy.
I'm sure you know both of these men "got beat" fair and square at previous Homer Electric Association board elections when both were on the HEA board; one of them also is apparently a disgruntled ex-HEA employee.
Apparently they just don't believe HEA can run on a day-to-day basis without them.
Well, as a matter of fact, thanks mostly to the current HEA board of directors, we (HEA users) now have the lowest electric rates in the entire railbelt. That's right the lowest!
Maybe we would be better off keeping our "winners" and just take old retreads, give 'em a gold watch or something and say "adios, amigos" on their way out!
