Garden brunch scheduled

The Christian Women's Club will hold a garden brunch from 10 to 11:30 a.m. today at the Solid Rock Conference Center. There will be special music by Sandy Dallmann, and the featured speaker will be Joanne Klaver of Fairbanks, who will speak about how she found her way through life's ups and downs. Master gardener Janice Chumley also will speak.

Disabilities forum scheduled

Hope Community Resources Inc., a nonprofit agency supporting individuals and families who experience disabilities, will host a forum at 7 p.m. today at the Kenai River Center.

Discussion will explore the possibility of opening a regional office on the Kenai Peninsula. The public and any interested individuals are encouraged to attend.

There will be an opportunity for questions and answers. For more information, call Dennis Haas at 262-7577.

KDLL to hold board meeting

KDLL Public Radio will hold its board of directors meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at its studio in the Economic Development District Building three miles north of Kenai. The public is invited to attend.
