Legislature not listening

The Senate votes to use the fund.

The worst part of this situation isn't the admission of the inability to balance a budget, the worst part is the amendment that was rejected to hold an advisory vote by the public.

What could the possible motives for this action be other than they know what we have to say and they don't want to hear it? That's not representation.
