Kenai Peninsula Borough School District Superintendent Donna Peterson will speak at the Homer Chamber of Commerce's luncheon meeting at noon today at the Best Western Bidarka. She will address a variety of topics, including the top 10 issues facing the school district, the impact of federal and state legislation and the budgetary implications to Homer schools.
