Terrific school performance tops off wonderful year

Posted: Thursday, April 22, 2004

What a way to finish off the school year! The Kaleidoscope and Discovery classrooms at Sears Elementary School held their transportation performance on Tuesday. The children are of a combination of first- and second-graders.

It was a mixture of chorus, (in which Mrs. Larson's hard work shined through), a project exhibit, as well as a slide show and science experiments.

I am so proud of the dedication the teachers in these classrooms project to our children. You could see the effort and time that went into this performance.

Children sang and performed equally to children of middle school. They played instruments and took instruction without flaws. It was a great show!

I bet this is the first of many spectacular shows to come from the new Kaleidoscope Charter School. What a joy to have wonderful teachers in our community!
