Kyle Barraclough will return to the Peninsula Oilers this summer. Last summer, Barraclough started nine games for the Oilers and finished 2-3 with a 1.42 ERA. He pitched 57 innings and struck out 47 while walking just 18. Batters hit .178 against him.
Barraclough is currently a sophomore at Saint Mary's College in Moraga, Calif. He is a 6-foot-3, 200-pound right-hander. In his freshman season at Saint Mary's, he was named to the West Coast Conference All-Freshman Team. In that freshman season, he posted a 4-5 record with a 4.70 ERA.
