Bed and Breakfast association to meet

The Kenai Peninsula Bed and Breakfast Association will hold a regular meeting at 1 p.m. Saturday at The Diamond M Ranch Bed and Breakfast.

The agenda will include a 2003 budget evaluation, a 2004 budget, annual projects, membership status, Internet advertising, annual inspection and sharing of ideas for the 2003 summer visitor season

Wells Fargo honors Gensel , Durham

In an honor reserved for the top-performing sales and service team members, Kenai and Soldotna Retail Banking Manager Kathy Gensel and Homer Business Banker David Durham were invited to Wells Fargo's National Sales and Service Conference in Honolulu.

AIDEA to host national conference

The Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority is hosting the 17th annual Council of Development Finance Agencies Conference in Anchorage from May 7 to 9.

The theme of the 2003 conference is "The State Fiscal Crisis Economic Development to the Rescue." Cities and states are facing a fiscal crisis, and the conference will highlight how economic development finance practitioners and programs can help "bridge the gap."
