NEW YORK Chan Ho Park pitched impressively into the seventh inning, while oft-injured Jaret Wright walked off the mound with a shoulder injury Saturday during the Texas Rangers' 10-2 victory over the Yankees.
Wright (2-2), in his first season with the Yankees, is headed to the disabled list for the eighth time in his career, general manager Brian Cashman said. He tied career highs by allowing three home runs and 11 hits, and was trailing 6-1 with one out in the sixth when pain in his right shoulder, which he has had two operations on, forced him from the game.
Texas roughed up Wright and five relievers for 19 hits. Mark Teixeira hit a pair of two-run homers and David Dellucci and Kevin Mench also connected. Laynce Nix tied a career high with four hits.
Park (2-1) held the Yankees to three hits in 6 2-3 innings and working around five walks.
Orioles 4, Blue Jays 1
TORONTO Erik Bedard threw seven scoreless innings and Brian Roberts hit a leadoff homer in the Orioles' victory.
Bedard (1-1), from Nevan, Ontario, pitched one of the best games of his career while his parents watched from the stands. The 26-year-old left-hander scattered seven hits and matched a career high for innings pitched.
Roberts ended an 0-for-13 slump by leading off the first with his seventh home run, tying Chicago's Paul Konerko for the AL lead. It was his second leadoff homer this season and the third of his career.
David Bush (0-3) remained winless in four starts despite allowing just one run and five hits in eight innings. Vernon Wells homered for the Blue Jays, who have lost four straight and six of seven.
Devil Rays 6, Red Sox 5
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. Travis Lee hit a go-ahead double in the sixth inning, rallying Tampa Bay past Curt Schilling and Boston.
Schilling (1-2) blew a four-run lead in his third start of the season, giving up six runs and nine hits in seven innings. His ERA jumped to 7.13.
Alex Gonzalez hit a two-run homer for Tampa Bay, which has won four of five. David Ortiz had his 12th career multihomer game, but the Red Sox lost for the third time in 10 games.
Casey Fossum (1-1) pitched two scoreless innings for the win. Trever Miller struck out Mark Bellhorn with runners on second and third to end the eighth. Lance Carter worked a perfect ninth for his first save.
Angels 9, Athletics 5
ANAHEIM, Calif. Vladimir Guerrero and Chone Figgins each drove in two runs and Los Angeles rode a six-run fifth inning to a victory over Oakland.
Rookie Jake Woods (1-0) recorded his first major league win in relief of starter Paul Byrd, getting the final out of the fifth inning and the first two outs of the sixth. Esteban Yan and Brendan Donnelly held Oakland to one hit the rest of the way.
Byrd, who retired 12 of his first 13 batters, was charged with five runs and six hits in 4 2-3 innings.
Oakland's Charles Thomas was 0-for-2 before he was lifted for a pinch-hitter. He is 0-for-23, the second-worst start by an Athletics player since the team relocated from Kansas City to Oakland in 1968. Joe Wallis began his final big league season 0-for-27 in 1979 and was 11-for-78 overall that year.
Oakland starter Dan Haren (1-2) was charged with eight runs seven earned and nine hits in 4 2-3 innings.

Lee (2-0) allowed four hits, struck out five and walked one. He threw 107 pitches, 70 for strikes. He had given up nine earned runs in 10 innings in his first two starts.
Seattle has scored three runs while losing its last three games.

SEATTLE Cliff Lee pitched seven scoreless innings and Victor Martinez had a two-run double in a three-run seventh.
Lee (2-0) allowed four hits, struck out five and walked one. He threw 107 pitches, 70 for strikes. He had given up nine earned runs in 10 innings in his first two starts.
Not surprisingly, both offenses struggled for most of the game. Cleveland entered the series with a .233 team batting average and only 62 runs. Seattle has scored three runs while losing its last three games.
With one out in the seventh, Grady Sizemore singled off Aaron Sele (1-2) and advanced to second on a fielder's choice. Coco Crisp drove home Sizemore with a single and Ronnie Belliard followed with another single.
Ron Villone replaced Sele and immediately fell behind 3-0 to Martinez, who got the green light and doubled into left-center field for a three-run lead.
Sele allowed six hits and three earned runs in 6 2-3 innings, falling to 0-3 in his last seven starts against Cleveland. He has not beaten the Indians since Sept. 7, 1999, while with Texas.
The Indians missed a chance to get on the board against Sele in the second. With one out and runners at second and third, Sele fielded a comebacker hit by Travis Hafner and threw out Crisp at the plate, which was blocked perfectly by Dan Wilson.
Cleveland added an unearned run in the eighth when Wilson's throw to third on an attempted stolen base by Ben Broussard sailed high into left field for an error, allowing Broussard to score. Belliard made it 5-0 with his fifth homer with two outs in the ninth.
Seattle finally scored in the ninth. Bobby Howry walked Randy Winn and gave up singles to Adrian Beltre and Richie Sexson, with Winn scoring on right fielder Casey Blake's error. Bob Wickman entered and allowed another run to score on a double-play grounder before recording his fifth save in seven opportunities.
Notes: Lee did not throw more than nine pitches in any of the first three innings. ... Safeco Field's retractable roof was closed and has been closed for at least part of four of Seattle's 10 home games this year. ... Seattle's first three hits were doubles. ... Sexson broke an 0-for-14 slump with a single in the seventh.
