Corinne Marguerite Snyder died Sunday, April 20, 2003, at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage. She was 75.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Spruce Grove Memorial Cemetery in Kasilof.
Ms. Snyder was born Nov. 2, 1927, in Nome to Anna and Roy W. Snyder Sr. She was a past employee of the U.S. Postal Service and ACS.
Ms. Snyder loved to cook and bake and entertain family and friends, her family said. Her enjoyments were looking at cookbooks, berry picking, pottery and telling stories of her family's upbringing. She is loved and will be missed by family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Loretta Helle.
She is survived by a sister, Roberta Reyes of Juneau; brothers, Roy W. Snyder Jr. of Anchorage, and Charles Snyder of Kasilof; sisters-in-law, Charlotte Snyder of Anchorage and Louise Earl-Snyder, of Kasilof; aunts, Martha Larson of Seattle and Ella Tanner of Nome; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Arrangements were made by Evergreen Memorial Chapel in Anchorage.
