Gluten Free Lifestyle: Gluten-Free Balancing Act: Good Food, Good Health, Good pH
Gluten-free "guru" Annalise G. Roberts, author of "Gluten-Free Baking Classics," (currently in its second edition), and "Gluten-Free Classics for the Bread Machine," has co-authored the recently released "The Gluten-Free Good Health Cookbook: The Delicious Way to Strengthen Your Immune System and Neutralize Inflammation," with Dr. Claudia Pillow, her sister. Roberts, who was diagnosed with celiac disease several years ago, and Pillow, holding a Ph.D. in Health Studies from Texas Women's University, have teamed to create an extraordinary new gluten-free cookbook filled with 140 "field-tested" delicious recipes, designed to help us make better food choices, whether we are living gluten-free, or striving to strengthen our immune systems and neutralize inflammation by keeping our internal chemistry in balance.
