I finally was able to make it over to Walmart for the very first time last Sunday. I have asthma/copd and its hard at times just to walk a short distance. I was feeling better because of a new medication, so I thought this is the time I go check Walmart out.
When I entered the building the lady greeting me at the door was so pleasant and helpful. I told her of my medical issue concerns and my first time to come by. She offered several different solutions if I had trouble getting through the store. Very kind and helpful!
As I made my way thru the isles, I not only had one but two employees stop and ask me if I needed help with anything. I about fell over.. that just does not happen when I shop Fred Meyer. If you can find someone to help there in the isles you are darn lucky.
Of all the negative comments I heard about Walmart when we were waiting for the store to be built, I was thrilled to see a nice store and, even more important, very, kind helpful employees.
As long as I can get over to Kenai I will be going to Walmart more often now. Just the friendly employees there are worth the drive. That's why I just had to write this and tell them thank you for making my visit there very pleasant.
