All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Liver and Onions. mashed potatoes, green beans, apple salad, dessert


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served at noon. Lunches include salad bar, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Ham, macaroni with cheese, carrots


Today: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, biscuits, pears


Milk and coffee served every day.

Wednesday: Tacos, rice, refried beans, ice cream sundae

Thursday: Swiss steak, scalloped potatoes, California vegetables, mixed fruit

Friday: Chicken salad sandwich, potato soup, tossed salad, cookies

Monday: Beef-fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, dinner roll with margarine, fruit salad


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Hungarian goulash, mixed vegetables, gingerbread

Wednesday: Ham potatoes, carrots, cabbage and onions, sugar cookie

Thursday: Chicken pot pie, mixed vegetables, chocolate pudding

Friday: Macaroni and cheese casserole, kielbasa, green beans, blueberry muffin

Monday: Philly steak sandwich with onions and bell peppers, macaroni salad, birthday cake


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Today: Salisbury steak, potatoes and gravy, Scandinavian vegetables

Wednesday: Beef stew, Johnny bread with honey butter

Thursday: Meatloaf, whipped potatoes with gravy, peas and onions

Friday: Hoagies with turkey, ham and roast beef, soup

Saturday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, applesauce, green beans

Sunday: Beef sirloin with au jus, au gratin potatoes, brussels sprouts

Monday: Ham, acorn squash, cauliflower with cheese sauce
