The school welcomes new track coach Heath Fulk. Mr. Fulk's experience is in 100 meter 4 by 1 and pole vaulting, and he is currently using his expertise to train the high school and junior high sprinters. His goals for the track team are to keep practices Christ-centered and focused on mechanics. He is proud of the students for coming together well as a team and happy with their performances and attitudes. Mr. Fulk is grateful for support from Trish Kopp with middle and long distance running, from Ray Rowley and Shawn Taplin with shot put and discus and from Greg Bell with overall help. The next high school and junior high meets are Friday at Skyview High School.

Congratulations to Students of the Week Kendra Brush, Raymon Machen, Coel Nelson, Adam Uchtman, Cora Byrd, Mitchel Daughtery, Nicole Tieaskie, Matthew Moffis, Jessie McNutt, Albert White and Stephen Webb.

Spring music programs begin today with the Praise and Worship Jazz Band, Show Choir and Drama Dessert Concert at 7 p.m. at Soldotna Bible Chapel. Tickets may be purchased at the school or at the door for $6. The fifth- and sixth-grade band concert is at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the school.

There will be a board meeting at 7 p.m. Monday.
