This message to all the Soldotna and Kenai businesses. I live in town and love riding my bike in the summer (when we have one). With the price of gas going up everyday, I will be riding even more this year. I love riding around town to do my errands (I have a basket on the front) like to the grocery store, post office, fabric store, etc. However, most business have no place to lock up a bike. Some, however, have bike racks, like Beemun's, Safeway, Freddies and the library. But I would love it if more merchants would get on the band wagon. It doesn't have to be a large area, just someplace out front that's bolted down and thin enough for a cable lock to go around. I know I'll be more apt to visit your place of business if I know my bike is safe. Thanks!
