Wednesday: Pork chops, bread dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans

Thursday: Stuffed peppers, assorted vegetables, sourdough French bread

Friday: Chicken, potato salad, biscuits

Saturday: Cabbage rolls, sauerkraut, green beans, mashed potatoes, rye bread

Sunday: Closed

Monday: Chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Pot roast, potatoes, carrots, raspberry Jell-O, peach cobbler

Wednesday: Stuffed potatoes, beef, broccoli, dessert

Thursday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, orange and cottage cheese salad, butterscotch pudding

Friday: Cornish game hens, rice pilaf, broccoli, iced fruit sorbet

Monday: Scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, hash browns, sliced tomatoes, fruit cup, biscuit


Milk and coffee served every day.

Today: baked fish, au gratin potatoes, winter blend vegetables, carrot raisin salad, Jell-O

Wednesday: Chicken cacciatore, egg noodles, green beans, garlic bread, fruit compote

Thursday: Roast pork, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, spinach salad, apple cobbler

Friday: Beef pot pie, tossed salad, dinner roll, cheese cake

Monday: Corned beef brisket, potatoes, carrots, celery, steamed cabbage, applesauce


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Orange and ginger pork roast, rice almondine, broccoli, lime and pineapple Jell-O

Wednesday: Canadian bacon or chicken hot pocket, brussels sprouts, oatmeal raisin cookie

Thursday: Sloppy Joes, potatoes chips, celery sticks, fruit cup

Friday: Chicken cordon bleu, baked potato, asparagus, pecan pie

Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian vegetables, garlic bread, strawberry shortcake


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, cabbage

Thursday: Sweet and sour chicken, rice, mixed vegetables

Friday: Mother's Day lunch at noon of chicken cordon bleu, baked potato, asparagus

Monday: Baked cod, rice pilaf, cauliflower with cheese
