Eric and Uleta Clark of Kenai adopted their dog Tess from the Kenai Animal Shelter. She had been hit by a car and was nearly starved when she was dropped off at the shelter. Now Tess is the Clarks’ beautiful “chubby” lady, and they say they love her very much.

Pet photos either can be color or black and white and should be no smaller than 3-by-5 inches. They may include people. Limit one photo per household.They can be dropped off at the Kenai office or mailed to the Clarion at P.O. Box 3009, Kenai, 99611. A brief explanation of the photo, the pet’s and owner’s names, owner’s address and phone number must be included. E-mailed photos will not be accepted. Only photos with an address written on the back will be returned.
