Woman stopped flat to help when others wouldn’t

Posted: Monday, May 08, 2006

I would just like to ask one question to the proud citizens of the Kenai Peninsula.

“What would you do if you saw your Mother, sister or wife on the side of the road trying to fix a flat-tire?

I was a witness to most of your answers. You would drive right on by. But I stopped because if it were my mom I would want someone to stop and help her. Maybe I was raised “Old School.” A lady on the side of the road had a flat tire. She was by herself. I stopped to help her and because I did I know I can sleep at night because I thought of my mom. All of you that drove by didn’t.
