Dino the golden retriever watches a small grass fire burn on Kenai Beach Saturday evening near the water treatment facility. No major property damage occurred. In a matter of minutes, winds swirled the flames as they consumed brush and a few small trees before personnel extinguished the fire. Witnesses saw three young males playing around the area before the fire started. Investigators are still looking into the cause of the flames, according to the Kenai Police Department.
