Homer Electric Association reported two power outages in the Robinson Loop area on Wednesday morning.
The first power outage was at 9:58 a.m. after a tree fell onto a power line. Power was restored at 11:48 a.m. About 278 customers lost power.
The second outage was an hour later, when wind knocked another tree onto power lines near Erlwein Road. Power was restored at 2:08 p.m. That outage affected about 36 homes.
