Today: Irish corned beef and cabbage, red potatoes, rye bread

Wednesday: Beef and vegetable stir fry, egg rolls, sweet and sour sauce, steamed rice

Thursday: Barbecue pork ribs, roasted red-skinned potatoes with chipotle peppers, green beans

Friday: Liver and onions, Spanish macaroni casserole

Saturday: Pot roast, egg noodles, gravy, carrots, celery

Sunday: Slow-roasted turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli and cauliflower, cranberry sauce

Monday: Short ribs, au gratin potatoes, brussels sprouts with cream sauce


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, mandarin Jell-O salad, banana split cake

Wednesday: Beef burrito supreme, Mexican rice, refried beans, birthday cake

Thursday: Ham and lima beans, corn bread, pineapple slaw, dessert

Friday: Beef and noodles, peas, raspberry Jell-O and fruit, dessert

Monday: Chicken and dumplings, carrots, apple salad, dessert


Today: French dip, potato salad, corn on the cob

Wednesday: Chicken, stuffing, gravy, corn

Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans

Friday: Barbecue salmon, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables

Monday: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, Mexican corn


Milk and coffee served every day.

Today: Beef barley soup, Philly sandwich, tossed salad, chocolate chip cookies

Wednesday: Pepper steak, steamed rice, Oriental vegetables, fruit compote

Thursday: Oven-fried chicken, roasted potatoes, gravy, California-blend vegetables, tapioca pudding

Friday: Baked or fried fish, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, chocolate pudding

Monday: Beef stew, corn bread, tossed salad, ice cream cake


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Southern-style catfish, cajun fries, spinach, butterscotch pudding

Wednesday: Chicken mushroom casserole, steamed beets, ice cream sundaes

Thursday: Pastrami on rye sandwich, coleslaw, brownie

Friday: Roast beef, parsley potatoes, peas, cinnamon apple crisp

Monday: Pork sausage, gravy over buttermilk biscuit, egg casserole, fresh fruit cup


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Friday: Elderberry Cafe open at 10 a.m.
